Job Opportunity: F&B Manager at Belfast International Airport

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in achieving sales and profit targets.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage, train, and schedule staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Address customer issues and resolve complaints promptly.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Maintain inventory and manage supplier relationships.
• Handle financial duties such as budgeting, sales analysis, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
