Our client, a leading global logistics company, is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and align with strategic goals. Based in North Dublin, The role demands initiative, a competitive mindset, and a focus on achieving targets in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in securing new business and expanding customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned territory with in-depth knowledge of customers and competitors.
- Maintain accurate data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Build and manage customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams.
- Develop value-added logistics solutions, including cost-benefit analyses.
- Support new account transitions and assist with accounts receivable when needed.
- Engage in ongoing training and development.
- Represent the company at industry trade groups as required.
- Take on additional assignments to support business needs.
Qualifications
- Ideally have experience in the logistics industry/ complex selling.
- Ability to meet customers off-site regularly.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident, persuasive, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Must reside in Ireland and be eligible to work in the EU.
