Our client, a leading aviation company, is seeking a Stores Operative to join their Part 145 department at Dublin Airport. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:00.

The Role
Reporting to the Stores Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of stores operations, including receiving, storing, and moving stock while ensuring the safekeeping of goods at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the Part 145 stores area to the required housekeeping standards.
- Manage stock levels to support operational aircraft requirements.
- Inspect incoming stock for correct packaging, quantity, serviceability, traceability, and conformity to specification.
- Ensure all paperwork for incoming stock complies with MOE and EASA Part 145 regulations and all parts are stored in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Oversee proper batching, location, and rotation of stock.
- Handle and store components in accordance with Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive (ESDS) procedures.
- Report any discrepancies identified during the goods-inward receiving process + maintain accurate records of all stock.
- Process unserviceable (U/S) stock and manage outgoing shipments.
About You
- Must hold a full, clean EU driver’s licence.
- Previous experience in a stores environment, particularly with Part 145 goods receiving approval, is a distinct advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Dangerous Goods (DG) Training for shipment and handling of stock is an advantage.
