Team Leader Warehouse VNA

Job Title: Logistics Warehouse Team Leader Location: Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin Salary: €40,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 9am – 6pm (flexibility required)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Organise fulfilments and plan the picking and packing of orders when requested, leading the fulfilment team during these requests, ensuring fulfilment deadlines are met.

* Load / unload trucks, including the accurate completion of paperwork. * Order picking, sortation, and quality checks. * Prepare orders for dispatch. * General warehouse duties. * Housekeeping of warehouse and yard. * Receiving of goods in, check, and put away. * Scanning and recording of goods. * Completion of tasks as set by Warehouse manager or approved designate. * Job processing with IT systems and scanning where applicable. * Stock taking and cycle counting as and when required per key accounts agreed

SLA.

Skills Requirements:

* A counterbalance operator’s license and VNA machine is preferable. * Experience in Goods Distribution Practice (GDP). * Basic knowledge of computerized systems and MS Office (Excel). * Excellent attention to detail. * Relevant experience within a warehouse environment. * Self-motivated with good communication skills and the ability to work as part of

a team. Fluent in spoken and written English. * Knowledge / familiarity of delivery documentation / paperwork
