Now Hiring: Line Maintenance Production Planner – Dublin Airport

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Line Maintenance Production Planner to join a dynamic aviation team based at Dublin Airport. Reporting to the Line Maintenance Manager and working closely with the Duty Airworthiness Control Engineer in the Operations Control Centre, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of scheduled aircraft maintenance.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm

Salary: €55k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review scheduled line maintenance tasks against relevant technical manuals (AMM, CMM, SRM) to ensure necessary parts, tooling, and equipment are prepared in advance.
  • Coordinate specialist support such as NDT, borescope inspections, and additional manpower where needed.
  • Liaise with CAMO if manual access or documentation issues arise.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Planning Department to optimise maintenance scheduling.
  • Monitor upcoming Hard Time Items (HILs) and ensure spares availability.
  • Manage the movement of stock between bases to meet station requirements, notifying Materials for replenishment as needed.
  • Ensure adequate station stock levels and respond to alerts on consumables and expendables.
  • Track manpower availability and man-hour capacity to support planned tasks.
  • Work closely with the Planning, Airworthiness, and Materials teams to identify and resolve any issues affecting maintenance delivery.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong understanding of Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and associated documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Confident working independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AMOS is a strong advantage.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic with solid interpersonal skills.
  • Eligible to live, work, and travel freely within the EU.
  • Must be able to pass a strict airport security vetting process, including a 5-year background check.
  • An EASA or UK CAA Part 66 Licence is a distinct advantage.
