Inventory Controller:

Our client, a leader in supplying aircraft engine and parts to airlines, MROs and operators globally, is looking to hire an experienced inventory controller/ aviation Storesperson for their North Dublin Unit.

This position involves the physical handling of Commercial Aircraft Parts, and the Inspection, Receiving and Shipping of Parts.

Salary: €33,000- €36,000

Hours: 9 -5pm Monday to Friday

Duties and responsibilities:

• Receiving Inspection of New/Repaired/Unserviceable Aircraft Parts.
• Review/Accept/Reject Parts – Physical Inspection, Documentation & Commercial / Compliance / Certification, Traceability Review.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound Parts meet both the Company and Customers Quality Requirements.
• Packaging of Parts to ATA-300 Standards.
• Storage of Parts in accordance with ASA-100 and AS9120 Standards.
• Cycle Counting of Parts in accordance with Company requirements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have worked in a warehouse environment handling high specification, high value equipment.

• Valid counterbalance/ reach forklift license
• Manual handling certificate
• Dangerous goods trained
• Experience and/ or an interest in aviation

N.B. The role includes participation in an on-call Rota to support critical customer requirements outside of normal business hours. This is paid overtime from Action call to unit shipment and candidate must be available once every 7 weeks.

Additionally, the role requires the employee to work overtime as requested by Management from time to time.
