Safety Systems Co-Ordinator – Aviation Sector
Our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, is seeking a Safety Systems Co-Ordinator to support their Safety & Compliance team. This is a key role focused on maintaining and improving safety standards and regulatory compliance across operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage safety reports and trends, ensuring timely submission of mandatory reports.
- Create and distribute safety communications (e.g. newsletters, reports, lessons learned).
- Support safety meetings by preparing materials, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
- Assist with risk assessments, change management, and safety investigations.
- Maintain and analyse safety performance data to support decision-making.
- Help develop and improve safety systems and tools.
- Liaise with manufacturers, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Promote a strong safety culture through initiatives and communications.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in aviation safety and compliance.
- Knowledge of ICAO‘s Four Pillars of Safety.
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in IT systems and data handling.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Training in Safety Management Systems, EASA regulations, human factors, and safety investigations.
Personal Attributes:
- Proactive, analytical, and safety-focused.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
