Warehouse Operative

Airport Staff are currently looking for general operatives to join our client based in Little Island, Cork. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will work independently and collaboratively to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all warehouse activities. You’ll provide timely, accurate, and high-quality support to meet customer needs while representing the company positively and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order picking, stock control, and general warehouse duties.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Verify that all picks are 100% accurate prior to dispatch.

• Ensure all customer orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time.

• Provide excellent customer service to achieve complete customer satisfaction.

• Complete and maintain all required paperwork accurately and on time.

• Label products, and load/unload trucks as required.

• Maintain flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business demands.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your manager.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work on your own initiative and manage time effectively.

• Flexibility to adapt to operational needs.
