Job Title: Logistics Key Account Administrator Location: Bellinstown, Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch). Flexibility required based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for logistics customers
- Use WMS to manage and record inbound/outbound flows
- Communicate with customers regarding stock levels and inventory management
- Organize and sort incoming stock arrivals
- Support safe and efficient warehouse operations
- Contribute to service improvements and operational goals
- Participate in weekly volume and issue review meetings
- Assist with training coordination and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Knowledge of planning, shipping, warehouse, and inventory systems
- Experience managing shipment and delivery schedules
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and overtime
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Awareness of health and safety standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of customs processes is a plus
- Comfortable with daily reporting on inventory, shipping, and goods-in
