Location: North Dublin (On-site)
Salary: €38,000-€42,000 + Overtime + Bonus
Hours: Mon-Thu 07:00-16:30, Fri 07:00-13:30
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Overview
Our client, a leading organisation in the specialist vehicle engineering and customisation sector, is seeking a highly organised Client Operations & Scheduling Coordinator to join their expanding team in Dublin.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and excels at coordinating workflows between multiple internal teams. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a central role in ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery from intake to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Front of House
- Act as the primary point of contact for client calls and enquiries.
- Provide updates on repair bookings, order statuses, and service queries.
- Welcome customers on-site, manage vehicle intake, and oversee key handovers.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Plan and coordinate schedules for vehicle repairs and customisation projects.
- Liaise with fleet clients and major brand partners regarding vehicle drop-offs/collections.
- Align customer needs with workshop capacity and ensure timelines and parts availability are clear and accurate.
Internal Communication
- Work closely with logistics, stores, and workshop teams to maintain workflow alignment.
- Ensure all departments are informed promptly of client arrivals and project requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ relevant experience, ideally in motor, dealership, or customer-facing coordination roles.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with vehicle service processes (advantageous).
- Full driving licence preferred.
