Logistics Warehouse Team Leader

Join and help lead a high-performing warehouse team in a fast-paced logistics environment. Based in Ballyboughal, Working 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with shift times varying between 9am to 6pm, dependant on the needs of the business. Flexibility and additional hours may be required to meet the demands of the business.

What You‘ll Do:

• Lead daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, loading & goods receiving
  * Ensure accuracy, quality checks, and on-time fulfilment of orders
  * Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, organise training & support performance improvements
  * Manage stock control, cycle counts, and warehouse housekeeping
  * Oversee scanning systems, documentation, and IT-based processes
  * Maintain health & safety standards and yard/shunter coordination

What We‘re Looking For:

• A counterbalance operator’s license and VNA machine is preferable.
  * Experience in warehouse or logistics leadership roles
  * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  * Good IT skills (MS Office, warehouse systems)
  * Knowledge of GDP or quality standards is an advantage
  * Excellent communication and team leadership skills
