Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Inventory Inspector to join a dynamic warehouse operation. This role involves the inspection, handling, storage, and shipment of high-value commercial aircraft parts, ensuring strict adherence to aviation quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Inspection

• Receive and inspect new, repaired, and unserviceable aircraft parts
• Review and verify documentation, certification, and traceability
• Accept or reject parts based on physical and compliance checks
• Ensure all inbound materials meet internal quality standards

Outbound Inspection

• Inspect aircraft parts prior to dispatch (new, repaired, as removed, unserviceable)
• Verify documentation, certification, and customer compliance requirements
• Package parts in accordance with ATA-300 standards
• Ensure all outbound shipments meet customer specifications

Warehouse Operations

• Store inventory in line with ASA-100 and AS9120 standards
• Conduct cycle counting and maintain stock accuracy
• Support general warehouse and logistics activities

Requirements

• Previous experience working in aviation stores or an aviation warehouse environment (mandatory)
• Experience handling high-value, high-specification components
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance and quality
• Ability to review technical documentation and certification

• Valid forklift licence
• Dangerous Goods (DG) training certification
