Airportstaff is currently looking for a Crew Controller position based in Dublin,Weston Airport !

About Job: Responsible for managing Pilot and Technical Crew scheduling across all bases, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant 24/7 operations. Duties include managing roster changes, resolving crew shortages, coordinating training, arranging travel and accommodation, monitoring flight and duty time compliance, and supporting operational disruptions. It is 20 hours a week on FTC 12 month contract!

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in aviation, operations, workforce planning, resource management, or a fast-paced customer service environment.

• Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, crew rostering, or willingness to develop this knowledge.

• Competent with computer applications.

• Fluent in English and eligible to work in the EU.

• Flexible and resilient with the ability to work a shift-based roster.
