Pricing & Quotation Executive

Location: North County Dublin

Our client, a leading provider within the logistics and freight forwarding sector, is seeking a Pricing & Quotation Executive to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with freight forwarding experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate Air and Sea freight quotations.
• Respond promptly to customer and partner enquiries, delivering a high standard of service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide tailored freight solutions.
• Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings.
• Identify and support new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate customer information within CRM and operational systems.
• Assist with new customer onboarding, including credit application processing.
• Keep up to date with market trends and industry developments.

About You

• 1-2 years’ experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of Air and Sea freight operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, temperature-controlled, or time-sensitive freight is advantageous.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
