Inventory Control Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Control Coordinator to join a busy warehouse operation. This role is ideal for someone with previous inventory or stock control experience who is highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

You will be responsible for managing warehouse inventory processes, monitoring stock accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and supporting operational efficiency through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, resolve, and prevent inventory discrepancies using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Produce and distribute daily inventory, adjustment, and capacity reports.
• Coordinate and perform stock counts alongside warehouse operations teams.
• Record process exceptions and non-compliance issues.
• Analyse inventory-related issues and support the development of corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and inventory control standards.
• Support warehouse operations with occasional warehouse-related duties.
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in inventory control, stock control, warehouse administration, or a similar role.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Good communication skills and confidence working with different levels of the organisation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Forklift/MHE experience is advantageous, or willingness to be trained.

Working Environment

• Warehouse and office-based role.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
• Occasional physical warehouse duties may be required.
