We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Export Agent to join a fast-paced logistics operation in Shannon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in air freight and export documentation to contribute to a high-performing team that supports global supply chain operations.

Role Overview:

As an Air Export Agent, you‘ll be responsible for managing time-sensitive export shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders across the logistics chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and trace export shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation, including air waybills, commercial invoices, and customs forms.
• Enter shipment data accurately into internal systems.
• Coordinate freight dispatch and liaise with carriers and service providers.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and international offices via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Monitor operational reports and ensure timely client billing.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies.
• Participate in ongoing training and development
