We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Export Agent to join a fast-paced logistics operation in Shannon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in air freight and export documentation to contribute to a high-performing team that supports global supply chain operations.

• Track and trace shipments, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Prepare and process all shipment documentation, including air waybills and customs forms.
• Enter data accurately and promptly into the operating system.
• Dispatch freight and coordinate logistics operations efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, global offices, and colleagues.
• Monitor reports and ensure accurate, timely client billing.
• Maintain strong relationships with service providers like airlines and trucking firms.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Commit to continuous improvement and complete 52 hours of annual training.

Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal skills – including the ability to listen, comprehend and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
• Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient computer skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
