Airport staff are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Export Executive to join a well-established and growing air cargo operation based in Limerick. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end air export shipments
• Arrange bookings with airlines and overseas agents
• Prepare and process export documentation accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and export procedures
• Monitor shipment schedules and provide proactive updates to customers
• Liaise with hauliers, warehouse teams, airlines, and international partners
• Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues promptly
• Process shipment costing, billing, and invoicing where required
• Maintain high service levels and strong client relationships

Requirements

• Previous experience in air freight exports or freight forwarding (2-4 years)
• Strong understanding of export documentation and customs procedures
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in freight/logistics systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
