Job description

Airport Staff is currently looking for a Adminstrator to join our client based in Shaonnon to support their air logistics operations for healthcare shipments by coordinating transport, managing bookings, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining compliance with legal and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and suppliers to meet shipment requirements.
  • Ensure all data entry, bookings, and documentation are accurate and timely.
  • Handle import/export processes, customs clearance, and system status updates in AirLOG.
  • Monitor transit, carrier performance, and ensure adherence to routing, temperature, and packaging requirements.
  • Prepare reports, respond to customer queries, and support audits.
  • Manage relationships and communication with Customer Care (CCL), warehouse, revenue care, and service providers.
  • Support onboarding, training, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Escalate issues and resolve discrepancies or operational challenges.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Airfreight logistics (especially healthcare & temperature-sensitive cargo)
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of Semiconductor supply chains is a plus
