Aircraft Painter Wanted!
Location: Dublin
Salary:Spray Painters: Up to €40k DOE (inclusive of shift bonus), with additional overtime.
Spray Painter Team Leads: Up to €49k (inclusive of shift bonus), with additional overtime.
Shifts: 5 on 3 off (two weeks days, two weeks nights) 5 on 3 off (two weeks days, two weeks nights)

Overview:
Airport Staff is seeking skilled Aircraft Painters for our client, a leading company in the aerospace industry. This role involves the preparation and painting of commercial aircraft, including the application of customer liveries and technical markings.
Responsibilities:
* Assist Production Managers/Team Leaders: Prepare and paint aircraft to meet customer requirements.
* Aircraft Maintenance: Perform tasks such as docking, damage inspection, paint inspection, water washing, masking, paint removal, defect rectification, paint application, polishing, livery application, tech markings application, and final completion checks.
* Compliance: Adhere to company and regulatory policies and procedures.
* Tool Maintenance: Ensure all tools and equipment are clean and serviceable.
* Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation promptly.
* Health and Safety: Follow the company’s health and safety policy strictly.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and ground time.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in spray painting large equipment, commercial vehicles, panel beating, or motor mechanics.
* Working knowledge of English.
