Job Title: Warehouse Operative – Counterbalance Driver

Salary: Up to €32,000, depending on experience

Location: Ballyboughal – Own transport is required as there is no public bus service available.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday:
• 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
• Every fourth Saturday:Starting at 6:00 AM until finish, with legally compliant breaks.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• As a forklift driver will Operate a forklift to load and unload trailers, ensuring accurate completion of all required paperwork.
• As a forklift driver will sort and verify orders against accompanying documentation.
• As a forklift driver will prepare orders for dispatch.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse and yard.
• Match deliveries with dockets.
• Scan and record freight details accurately.
• Complete tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A valid counterbalance forklift operator’s license is essential.
• Relevant experience in a warehouse environment.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
