Our client a leader in global logistics is looking for a customs brokerage agent to join their team in north Dublin

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow
• Accurately and promptly enter data into operational systems
• Track, trace, and report on customs files
• Ensure accurate and timely client billing
• Interpret and apply import/export customs operating procedures to meet customer requirements
• Transfer and verify customs declaration information for submission to authorities
• Maintain full compliance with all customs regulations

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of customs brokerage process, customs legislation
• Understanding of ocean, road and air documentation process
• Fluent English and excellent interpersonal skills
• Pro-active approach, strong organizational and good computer skills
• (MS Excel, MS Word)
