Employee Relations Coordinator

Our client, a leader in global logistics, is looking to hire an enthusiastic Employee relation coordinator for their north Dublin branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee the Employee Relations function, ensuring compliance with legislation, GDPR and company policy.
  • Provide day-to-day coaching, advice and support to managers and staff on ER matters, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
  • Review and update HR policies, while advising on competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, career development and training programmes.
  • Support senior management with ER strategy, policy interpretation and workforce planning.
  • Lead recruitment processes and assist with HR projects aligned to business strategy.
  • Monitor employment law, track ER trends and develop proactive interventions.
  • Promote company culture, values and a positive workplace environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualification & Experience in Human Resources
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience in dealing with conflict resolution
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • Ability to develop effective relationships
