Employee Relations Coordinator
Our client, a leader in global logistics, is looking to hire an enthusiastic Employee relation coordinator for their north Dublin branch.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee the Employee Relations function, ensuring compliance with legislation, GDPR and company policy.
- Provide day-to-day coaching, advice and support to managers and staff on ER matters, including disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
- Review and update HR policies, while advising on competitive compensation and benefits.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, career development and training programmes.
- Support senior management with ER strategy, policy interpretation and workforce planning.
- Lead recruitment processes and assist with HR projects aligned to business strategy.
- Monitor employment law, track ER trends and develop proactive interventions.
- Promote company culture, values and a positive workplace environment.
Requirements:
- Qualification & Experience in Human Resources
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Experience in dealing with conflict resolution
- Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
- Ability to develop effective relationships
