Job description

Airport Staff are recruiting experienced Reach Truck Forklift Drivers for our client who is a leading organisation in the logistics industry based in Ballycoolin Dublin 15.

This role is a temporary role with a view to change to a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• As a forklift driver you will adhere to site safety rules.
• As a forklift driver you will operate a forklift to load and unload trucks as well as putting product away.
• As a forklift driver you will ensure that all instructions from you direct line manager are carried out accurately and efficiently.
• As a forklift driver you will check and receive deliveries accurately as per company SOPs.
• Ensure that stock is accurately recorded.
• Conduct cycle counts as required.
• Ensuring goods aren’t damaged
• Picking and packing orders.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Forklift operator in a fast paced environment is desirable
• Up to date Forklift License required ( Reach and PPT)
• Manual Handling Certificate would be an advantage.
• Flexibility regarding work hours.
