General Operatives

Airport Staff are looking to recruit Aircraft General Operatives for our client, a leading multinational Aircraft Spray Painting company. This is an excellent opportunity for a General Operative looking for career progression and intro to the world of aviation, with clear progression available to the role of Aviation Spray Painter.

As a General Operative you will undertake general duties and prep involved with the painting of commercial aircraft with customer liveries and tech markings.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of English
• Previous experience in a general operative role
• Spray painting experience is an advantage, but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Assist Production Managers/Team Leaders with aircraft preparation
• Water washing aircraft, masking of surfaces
• Removal of existing paint schemes
• Comply with company and regulatory policies and procedures
• Maintain clean and tidy work area and comply with health + safety policy
