Airport Staff is currently looking for an HGV/LGV Mechanic to join our client’s team at Dublin Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of a diverse fleet of over 1,000 units used by major airlines, airports, and ground handling companies.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and conduct various service levels
- Diagnose faults, provide service, maintain, and repair a wide range of HGVs, LGVs, and airport-related machinery
- Ensure that all work is completed to meet quality and specification standards, with accurate and timely documentation
- Provide daily updates on your progress
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work with truck models such as Scania, Volvo, Mercedes, MAN, and DAF
- Fulfil any other required duties or activities
Requirements:
- Hold full qualification as an HGV/LGV Mechanic
- Possess a full C Licence (Preferred but not essential)
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Demonstrate effective organisational and planning abilities
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues while maintaining a friendly demeanour
- Show diligence and a flexible, can-do attitude toward work
- Perform well under pressure
Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE) & contract.
