We are currently recruiting for a Land Freight Executive based in North County Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional seeking a fresh challenge within a collaborative and dynamic team. N.B Due to location own car is essential for this role.

Hours: 9am – 6pm and 11am – 8pm

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts, including KPI monitoring and performance reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and growth.
• Handle customer queries professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Liaise with customs, hauliers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare quotations, process bookings, and apply customer rates accurately.
• Oversee trailer planning and load allocation in coordination with hauliers and other depots.
• Manage general customs processes, including import/export declarations.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support colleagues across departments and international offices where required.
• Prioritise tasks effectively, working flexibly to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally customer facing.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to communicate effectively and work within a team.
• Road freight and customs knowledge is advantageous.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office.
• Proactive communicator via email and phone.
• Strong organisational skills with a deadline-driven mindset.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
