We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Administration Specialist to join our client’s Dublin logistics team. This is a dynamic and varied position within a collaborative, hardworking environment. As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for diverse duties within the logistics team, focusing on administrative support, stock control, and key account management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for logistics accounts.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, quality checking, and dispatching goods in the warehouse.
  • Communicate regularly with customers regarding stock levels and management.
  • Organise incoming stock and ensure efficient handling processes.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Support management in improving operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to address volumes, objectives, and key issues.
  • Adhere to and promote health and safety protocols.
  • Build strong customer relationships, aiming to exceed expectations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Familiarity with planning, shipping, and inventory systems.
  • Experience managing shipment schedules and deliveries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
  • Team player with awareness of health and safety requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic customs processes.
