We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Administration Specialist to join our client’s Dublin logistics team. This is a dynamic and varied position within a collaborative, hardworking environment. As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for diverse duties within the logistics team, focusing on administrative support, stock control, and key account management.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for logistics accounts.
- Assist with receiving, storing, quality checking, and dispatching goods in the warehouse.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding stock levels and management.
- Organise incoming stock and ensure efficient handling processes.
- Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
- Support management in improving operational efficiency and service quality.
- Participate in weekly meetings to address volumes, objectives, and key issues.
- Adhere to and promote health and safety protocols.
- Build strong customer relationships, aiming to exceed expectations.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- Familiarity with planning, shipping, and inventory systems.
- Experience managing shipment schedules and deliveries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Team player with awareness of health and safety requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic customs processes.
