Role: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our client’s crate wash facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure machinery is fully operational, perform regular servicing, and create preventative maintenance plans. You’ll also identify improvements and automation options to boost site performance and participate in various projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair technical installations to ensure they work reliably.
• Solve complex technical issues with innovative solutions.
• Explore different approaches to find the best solutions.
• Ensure installations meet quality and societal standards.
• Stay focused and perform well under pressure.
• Perform service work and preventative maintenance on the washing system.
• Resolve breakdowns and prevent future issues.
• Create and follow a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Plan major services and machine overhauls.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and services.
• Identify and request necessary spare parts and tools.
• Track parts usage and request replacements timely.
• Identify and implement improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with OEMs and machine manufacturers.
• Compile detailed PPM service reports.
• Participate in various projects as needed.
• Visit other sites for process optimization and other requirements.
