Overview We are seeking a driven and ambitious Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, developing client relationships, and placing top talent into permanent positions across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place high-calibre candidates into permanent roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to offer and placement
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts
• Conduct candidate interviews, reference checks, and market mapping activities
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM and ensure a high level of service delivery
• Achieve individual and team performance targets

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within permanent placements
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work in a busy, target-driven environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
