Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a Company Technical Training needs analysis and maintain this up to date.
  • Prepare a Comprehensive technical training Plan in accordance with the business needs, industry compliance, technical requirements and employee technical development in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Implement and deliver the approved and agreed Training Plan in a timely manner.
  • Develop, implement and manage e-learning training as an effective and efficient solution to deliver training.
  • Ensure accurate training records are maintaining and updated in accordance with business requirements and to maintain compliance.
  • Liaise with external bodies and internal stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Manage the training budget to achieve maximum return on investment and expenditure.
  • External & Internal reporting as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Effective Communicator: Your ability to convey complex information clearly and impactfully is crucial.
  • Industry Expertise: With at least 5 years of experience in the maintenance environment, you’ll bring practical insights to the table.
  • Technical Savvy: Hold a B Licence, completed apprenticeship, and a deep understanding of industry regulations.
  • Creativity & Authenticity: Engage trainees with innovative training methods while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
