About the Role:

As a Transcon Agent, you‘ll be responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, ensuring smooth cargo movement across multiple transport modes. You‘ll work closely with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end shipment coordination (air, ocean, road, rail).
• Maintain accurate data entry and shipment tracking.
• Handle documentation, billing, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and partners to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement in logistics processes.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ year experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of ocean documentation and hazardous materials (advantageous).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
