Our client, a leading global logistics provider, is seeking a Transcon Agent to join their growing team in Shannon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for freight operations and a keen eye for detail to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end shipment coordination (air, ocean, road, rail).
• Maintain accurate data entry and shipment tracking.
• Handle documentation, billing, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and partners to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement in logistics processes.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of ocean documentation and hazardous materials (advantageous).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
