Airport Staff are looking for Vehicle Fitters to join our client’s team and assist their experienced Automotive Electricians in performing after-market modifications on new and used vehicles as per clients’ requests. This role offers an excellent opportunity for progression.

Salary: €30k – €40k DOE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Mon to Thurs – 7am to 4:30pm, Fri 7am to 1:30pm
Progression: Annual salary review, incentivised targets and internal promotion opportunities
Overtime: Time and a half
Pension: After 1 year service
Parking: Available
Uniform: Provided
Holidays: 20 Days

As a Vehicle Fitter, you will:

• Help install, repair, and maintain auto electrical components and systems on various types of vehicles
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electronic problems or malfunctions under supervision
• Follow instruction and ensure all equipment is fully functional, clean, and correctly fitted
• Complete all documentation, inspection sheets, and job logs
• Adhere to quality standards and procedures
• Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous automotive fitting experience is highly desirable. E.g Audio upgrades, camper fitouts, crewcab conversions etc.
• A willingness to learn and follow instructions
• A “can do” attitude, attention to detail in your work, and a desire to progress
• A methodical approach to work and organisation
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
