Job Opportunity: Warehouse Executive – Cork

Salary: €38,000-€40,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid break)

Location: Cork (occasional travel to other sites may be required)

Reporting to: Operations Manager or designated company representative

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented warehouse professional ready to take the next step in your logistics career? We‘re looking for a Warehouse Executive to join our dynamic team in Cork. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on operational efficiency, system management, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee timely loading and unloading of logistics vehicles
• Identify and report missing or damaged freight
• Scan inbound freight, print labels, and log items into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Upload inbound and outbound shipment documents using the Infor system
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and building perimeter standards
• Assist with customer-specific tasks such as sampling, pallet breakdowns, and labelling
• Plan incoming and outgoing loads and arrange transport via the Azyra system
• Conduct stock takes and generate reports for customers
• Use Azyra, Infor, and Pepsi SAP systems daily
• Support process improvement initiatives within the Logistics Department
• Carry out other duties as assigned

• Experience operating a forklift (valid certification preferred)

• Excellent time management and punctuality
