Job description

Airport Staff are seeking skilled Forklift Operators to become an integral part of our client’s operations at Horizon Logistics Park, Swords, Co Dublin.

Rate: €14:30ph

Type: Initially Temporary, going to Permanent

Hours: 7:30am to 4pm. Mon to Fri (TBC) Some flexibility Required

Start: ASAP

Location: Swords

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in operating at least two of the following: Counter Balance, Reach, PPT, or VNA forklifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order fulfilment, inventory control, and execute general warehouse tasks with diligence.
• Maintain meticulous records and report on warehouse activities.
• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Guarantee the accuracy of all orders before dispatch.
• Seamlessly process customer orders, delivering top-tier service for complete satisfaction.
• Generate and manage reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Navigate our Warehouse Management System (Ciel FW) with precision.
• Address inquiries promptly, providing precise information via email or phone.
• Adhere to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards, ensuring full compliance.
• Perform labelling, loading, and unloading tasks efficiently.
• Exhibit adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by management, upholding QSHE standards.

Requirements:

• All applicants must successfully pass a comprehensive 5-year background check.
